le past continuous ou prétérit + Be + BV -ing

pour une action passée qui était en cours à ce moment là.

On a souvent les 2 past dans une même phrase

ex=  I was coming from Heathrow Airport when I heard the news.​

j'étais en train de venir de Heathrow quand j'entendis les infos.
