I did some work experience in an insurance agency. I was entrusted to deal with the agency telephone calls and to welcome clients.
I did my very best to provide the most appropriate replies and when I could not manage I would request some help from my colleagues.
I was requested to perform some duties on different insurance software. Occasionally, I would come along my manager to the agency clients and had to personalize clients’ insurances premiums.
As an example I had to take measurements of cinema room/hall and to verify whether the dimensions were in compliance with conformity.
