la différence entre le futur "will + BV" et "be going to" est parfois très mince. Tout dépend si la phrase est formelle ou pas.
be going to = une intention ou qq chose qui va arriver (=> n°2) futur proche
will + BV = futur instantané, pour dire ce que l'on va faire dans un an, un mois...
present progressif => pour quelque chose de prévu
