Hotel very well located but apart from that too many negative points. We were accommodated in an annex of the hotel, on the other side of the street. The room was small, separate beds (great for a couple!) The shower was not in the bathroom but behind one of the beds, stuck to the window so a lot of drafts and if no one was holding the curtain you could see me in the shower from the street! Correct cleaning, towels changed every day. Kettle with coffee and tea available in the room but no remote control: you have to leave a £10 deposit at reception to get it (it's the first time I've seen this!) Very brief breakfasts: coffee , Tea or cold milk, orange juice cut with water and your choice of cereals, toast or ham & cheese! Ah, I forgot the yoghurts lying around on the tables, at room temperature... In the end, fortunately the hotel was well placed because otherwise there would be really nothing good to remember. I think the rooms should be better in the main part of the hotel, otherwise the hotel wouldn't get so many positive ratings. For my part, I consider this room to be the worst I've known and I don't think I'll go back! very decent room for its price. Very clean bathroom. It is super well located, not far from the metro and restaurants in the surrounding area. Nevertheless breakfast is the only negative point because apart from taking the bread with butter the rest is really not very good. A hotel near Paddington Station, at an affordable price. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is simple but effective. I recommend for travelers looking for a budget hotel but well located. I will go back there. It is one of the least expensive hotels in London and is very well located! However, the reception is not the most pleasant! We were on the very top floor in a room for 3 people when my request was for two. The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired, stained sheets, dust ....
the bathroom was nevertheless clean!
The welcome tray with coffee and tea is very good but the cup is not clean and only one glass for two people.
We had the pleasure of having a visitor on our last day in our bathroom! A mouse !! It came in through a hole behind the toilet!
We could also hear the mice at night!
Breakfast very simple but limited in choice.
The cleaning staff is very pleasant unlike the members of the reception who on the third day of our presence believed that we were not from this hotel and we asked for proof that we were indeed staying with them!
Together just, to avoid if you want to spend a pleasant moment as a couple! The room is too small for 3 people. Double bed too small. Sheets too small, non-existent sound insulation. Non-existent storage.
The bare minimum ! Poor breakfast. The tourist is not welcome. The hotel is very well located, not far from the metro and restaurants.
We recommend the mimos café for breakfast.
Don't expect a 4 star hotel but the rooms are clean.
The value for money is very correct.
The hotel is doing work, we bet that this will not raise the prices too much.
