- Ashley Fischer : She's one of the best doctors in Manhattan, she studied at the New York Universtity and was the first in her class. Her choice to go to surgery was due to the fact that her younger brother succumbed to an artisanal projectile during the attacks in Boston on April 15, 2013, while she and her family were in hollidays. Because of this, she became strong but cold, which will push her away from people she doesn’t know. At the NYU Langone Medical Center, she will have to adapt to her teammates and overcome her fear of not being able to save everyone.
- Nathan Pearce : He has Gilles de LaTourette’s disease, so when he did the surgical admission tests, he was only taken at aspiration. Despite this, Nathan is a proud and handsome man, and he does not hide from it, of an extroverted style he cannot pass by the nurses without picking up a lustful look. - Jhoana Evans : She’s a tease. Not to mention you’re already in her sights. So be careful not to get caught in the clutches of his scalpels, or you’ll end up in the waiting room yourself. Even so, she is not very studious, she barely entered the hospital with mention enough. That said, she is ready to cheer up the team and has already spotted Nathan from afar.
