My favourite food is pasta. Especially when my mother makes it for me with cheese and butter. She makes it for me when I ask her to and I love it. What I like best is the soft, melting taste. It's a simple dish but very good. And you can accompany it with a lot of things like parmesan, bolognese, cream, lardon... And many people like it.
