The weather is really bad. It's raining cats and dogs and there is nobody in the street.
The man is holding an umbrella in his hand but it's not opened.
So he's all wet but he also looks extremely happy.
He's standing on the pedestal of the street lamp and he is smiling
and singing in the rain !
