I’ve spend my holidays in a quiet little village at twenty kilometers from Deauville, just two hours from Paris too. It’s a very nice comtemporary house with a wooded park of 1 900 m² with four bed- rooms offering a real good volume for whom want to spend holidays in a lovely place with a big family. That’s the place to be! There is a garage where you can park two cars.
On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall with two cupboards an a toilet too. Also, there is a living-room of 65m² with a large bay window offering a beautiful landscape and an open plan kitchen. And the most incredible it’s the spacious master suite with a dressing room, italian shower, toilet. On the first floor, there is three bedrooms very confortable, two of it has a dressing room with a bathroom and a desk too. There is also a huge terrasse back the house with barbecue, a lovely wooden table with six chairs a parasol to take your meals and relax. Of course, I kept the best for the end, there is a large swimming-pool with six deskchairs. The advantage is that you have an amusement park, restaurants, monuments the sea not so far from here.
