b) The words that are the most harmful are ugly, pathetic, fake, stupid, anything written in capitals. These are very harmful because people take them personally as you are insulting them. They will remember these comments and feel bad about themselves.

Pour le a, c’est simplement que le but de l’image est de Monterrey comment l’harcellement affecte les personnel et en creeant des rumeurs, tu peut faire plus de mal. Pour le b, c’est les mots en majuscules qui song detruisants, car ils peuvent etre prises tres personellement
