My mother and I come from Mexico, and we now live in Miami, Florida. We do not have many friends here, and my mother does not speak English. She is trying to fit in but it is not easy. She misses her native country. We want to adapt to the American way of life and we do not want to break away from our roots. My mom works as a waitress in a restaurant but she does not like it. At school i have many problems. My classmates make fun of me and blame me for everything. I do not like themat all, I just hate them.
