During her life, she wrote many books of which the Murder of Roger Ackroyd in 1926, The Mystery of the Blue Train in 1928, Death in the Clouds in 1935, Murder on the Orient Express in 1974 and Death on the Nile in 1978. She died on January 12, 1976, at age 85, in Cholsey, England.
