Sagot :
I draw your intention to highlight one of the scourges of the moment, one of the most unbearable suffering to the freedom of human beings, I mean the right to gay marriage. Every woman, every man has the right to happiness, no matter whether heterosexual or homosexual, I think anyone has the right to marry. Already 10 countries around the world have accepted the right to gay marriage as Belgium, Spain, Canada and many others. Why France remains stuck on ideas? In the constitution of human rights and citizen, is it not written in Article 1 that all men are equal? This article argues that all men are born free, equal and should have equal rights. Prohibiting the right to gay marriage, the law contradicts itself. By denying this right, it is so gay people have a lower level to that which is heterosexual. The argument "a man is to love a woman" and that religion could lead to ban gay marriage does not, it is homophobia and therefore racism. We live in a state that does have a religious background but became primarily LAY.
Religion should not oppose the legislation and the beliefs of everyone who is personal ideas. So when someone says "yes but god does not agree with the existence of gay" argument uses emerging from religious belief but in no case law to apply to all because everyone believes what he wants and must therefore afford to let them live freely without falling victim to the principles of a religion that could prevent a homosexual person to live his life as he wishes. Why gay marriage is he refuse? Simply because we think the image that it returns. Many French still find it shocking to see a couple of people of the same sex. Eyes moved down the street, insult erupting all these details show the lack of openness of French society. To me it seems so normal and obvious that I find it incredible that limit can find something to complain when we hear arguments as Conservatives, two people living together as a couple does not seek to have children only, torque is a basic structure in any society and it must be stable for all. It is true that according to the traditions, marriage is necessarily an act between a man and a woman, but the marriage is first and foremost the union of two people who love each other.
