A Put in «say / said» or «tell /told»

To SAY = dire quelque chose
To TELL = dire quelque chose à quelqu'un
B Mettez ces phrases au discours indirect comme dans l’exemple :
Exemple : Jim «I’ve lost my watch !» Jim said he had lost his watch. (toujours utiliser "say" comme verbe introducteur)
1 Betty : « I’m not hungry.»
Betty said ( that ) she was not hungry.
2 Mike : « I need my phone»
Mike said ( that ) he needed his phone.
3 Sally : I don’t want to go to the party»
Sally said( that ) she didn't want to go to the party.
4 Mary : « I’m going to the cinema.»
Mary said ( that )she was going to the cinema.

Sharon said( that ) I could have it.
6 Martin : «I’ll send you a postcard»
Martin said (that ) he would send me a postcard
7 Linda : « Robert, my brother has gone home»

Explications :
Lors du passage du discours direct au discours indirect il y a des changements de temps :
Le présent ----------devient --------> prétérit
Le présent be-ing----------devient --------> prétérit be-ing
Le modal CAN --------------devient---------> COULD
Le futur ( will) ---------------devient ---------> would
Le présent perfect ----------devient ---------> past perfect (had+participe passé)
Et attention aussi au changement de pronom .
