Kate lost her memory in a very serious accident. She can no longer learn or understand anything.

But she doesn't say anything to anyone because knowing everything, she feels just as isolated as when her brain had left her.
Then she will make the effort to remain humble without dominating anyone, but will secretly reserve her knowledge, to help the weakest.
With wisdom, she will find perfect freedom.
