My favorite scene from the Christ Child that gives me hope. in this scene , Maria, who is worried about the process of delivering .And Joseph, who seems to be losing hope. I'm sure they both wanted to just relax after a long trip, but they knew they wouldn't. When their friends, family, and neighbors tell them to give up on their promises and on each other, it's like their touch says, " It's okay. I'm here, I'm with you. I can't do your job for you, but I won't leave you until you do what needs to be done. I'm here. I'm not leaving."...Joseph and Mary just look into each other's eyes and hold hands . In this moment of bravery, the two seem to make a promise to each other and to God that they will do what the Lord has asked them to do. The courage and dedication of Mary and Joseph give me hope and understanding that through God I can have the power to do whatever he asks of me. I like the example of their love, marriage, and care . Tenderness, strength, devotion, obedience to God, and faith. All in one small touch.​
