It is 2050 and because of all the innovations and changes in the world, a chaotic environment is starting to spread all over our planet. Write a dystopia. It tells the story of how life has evolved and how mankind has transformed our planet. The story is seen through the eyes of a young boy and of a young girl.

Write their journey in a dark polluted and hopeless world.

Since we were born, we have been wearing masks to go outside because of the extreme air pollution. We never really knew what it was like to go outside and have some " fresh air ". We could only imagine it by looking at our parents' photo albums. Our parents who passed away following an explosion at the nuclear power plant a few miles away. The authorities were able to control the incident but we were condemned to wear masks to limit the consequences on our health. We often have medical inspections and we have heard that one of our neighbours has never returned home after being checked. We are afraid. We are not even allowed to play with other children to avoid being contaminated. It is a nightmare but there is no escape, there is no way to wake up and go back to a normal life.
